  	In the Clinch Valley Newspaper Tazewell Virginia 1 Feb 1935Arch Brewster, aged 78 died on January 27, at his home at Cliffield. He married Cynthia Earles (sic) on July 30, 1878. To this union were born six children, the youngest, a son, Sidney Toby, died at the age of nine years.Mr. Brewster is survived by his wife and five children: Mrs. W.A. Brewster, C. H. Brewster and Mrs. J.J. Cochran, all of Cliffield; Mrs. J.P. Pruett, of Richlands and A.H. Brewster, of Tip Top. There also survives, one brother, Patton Brewster, of Caretta, West Virginia; 19 grandchildren, 3 grandchildren having preceded him to the grave; and 12 great grandchildren. In July 1900, deceased was baptized and united with the Christian church, living a consistent Christian life to his death.
