  	Bluefield Daily Telegraph June 29, 1930 DEATH OF MRS JOHN PACK The people of this vicinity were shocked to hear of the death of Mrs. John Pack Tuesday night. She was rushed to the Mattie Williams Hospital and was found in a serious condition. She died just a short time after arriving at the hospital. The funeral services were held at Mrs. Pack's home in Baptist Valley Thursday. The Rev. Liston and J.F. Russell officiating. Interment was made in the family cemetery at Doran. Mrs. Pack was a resident of Baptist Valley and before her marriage was Miss Mae Shreves of Doran, Va.
