  	Information from Ancestry user JoElla John CL Totten, on a road trip with friends June 21, 1927, (Father's Day). The men celebrating, and were stopped by the police and warned. Two hours later they were stopped again. Charles' friends muffled him to keep him from disrespecting the policeman, whereupon he died.
