Samuel Williams came into court and agreed to pay half, the balance out of the county levy, and the road is to be established between Nehemiah Bonham's to the Washington line passing Pierce's Iron Works and Jinkin Williams appointed surveyor of it and that Jehu Stephens to give him a list of hands.
