  	In the year 1812 on August 20th I, as above [Adamus Starowicz, pastor] baptized the male child in the Franciscan Church, who was given the name Bartholomaeus, born on the 15th of the same [month] at 1 o'clock in the morning, of Andreas and Josephata nee. Namyslowska, the Chlebowski couple Godparents were: Johann Szulc from Szymanowice and Apollonia Lisoska, single, from Tomica.

  	Happened in the city of Peisern on October 6th, 1848 at 4 p.m. Published: Felix Durecki (?), 48 years old and Joseph Drzewiecki, 40 years old, both Zinsbauer from Bory Pyzdrskie [Peisern-Hauland] and indicated that on the 4th of the same month and year at 9 o'clock in the morning died in Bory Pyzdrskie Bartholomaeus Chlebo [w] ski, day laborer, 38 years old, son of parents unknown [from name - marginal note], and bequeathed the widowed Krystyna née Rodoska. After the personal confirmation of the death of Chleboski, the complainants, who are ignorant of the letter, read out and only signed by us - Pastor Malecki
