Information from family states this marriage existed although she is listed a Louise on the divorce record and her mother is listed as Catherine on her marriage record, I believe the marriage record was a mistake as Stuart's mother's name was Catherine, it was an error on the recorders part.

Lou and Stuart separated in 1913 and Lou didn't file for divorce until 1914. The divorce was granted in 1916. That means the oldest son, Holbert, was probably the son of Stuart or Lou and Marion were carrying on before or right after she separated from Stuart. The second son, Teddy, had to have been born out of wedlock if he was born in 1915. All supports the story from relatives that Lou left Stuart for Marion.
