Appeared Jan Kuczynski, farmer, aged 40, residing in Szymanowice, in the presence of Antoni Golembiewski, aged 43, and Antoni Swiderski, aged 50, both residing in Szymanowice, and presented to us a female child, born in Szymanowice on the 16th of July of this year at 9 o'clock in the morning to his wife Marianna nee Ogrodowiak, aged 30.
This child was baptized today and given the name Jozefata.
The godparents were the aforementioned Antoni Golembiewski and Elzbieta Swiderska.
