Appeared Jozef Weglowski, a forester, fifty years old, and Adam Piotrowicz, a farmer, thirty-eight years old, both residing in Swirzow, and declared that: on the eleventh of this month and year, at eleven oclock at night, in Swirzow, Marcin Weglowski died ? a widower, ninety-nine years old, the son of Franciszek and Ewa, both deceased, who was born in Twardowice, in the Greater Poznan district, and at the time of death residing in Swirzow with his son-in-law, Marcin Kuczynski. After visually confirming the death of Marcin Weglowski, this act was read aloud to the declarants, who are illiterate, and was signed by us.
