Klein Topola on May 18, 1909 Before the signed registrar appeared today the laborer wife Marie Stasiak nee Sokol residing in the municipality Klein Topola and indicated that her mother the laborer widow Elisabeth Sokol nee Banack, 82 ys. old, catholic, residing in the municipality Klein Topola, born in Zackarzew(?), been married to the deceased laborer Thomas Sokol, daughter of the deceased couple "Wirt" Simon Banack and Margaretha nee unknown, has died in the municipality Klein Topola in the home of the declarant on May 18, 1909 at 6 p.m. The declarant stated she was present at this death. She signed with +++, because she wasn't able to write.
