In Re: PROBATE OF LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOSEPHINE BURRESS COOKE, DECEASED. A writing dated the 23rd day of December, 1948, purporting to be the last will and testament of Josephine Burress Cooke, was this day presented in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia, by Clyde C.
