[This property, on Hollowing Creek, is located just north of the farm of Nathaniel Dickenson Jr. who died in 1753. This is probably part of the land later owned by Richmond Terrell. Abraham Spencer Jr. son of Abraham and Susanna Spencer married Lucy Dickenson, daughter of Griffith Dickenson Sr. and granddaughter of Nathaniel Dickenson Sr.]
