• Headright Grant: 27 November 1657, Northampton County, Virginia, USA; William Rodulphus and Katherine Rodulphus were headrights in a patent issued to Robert Warren. Cavaliers and Pioneers, Abstracts of Virginia Land Patents and Grants, 1623-1666, Vol I, p. 353.
• Land Patented: 10 October 1658, West of Exmore, Northampton County, Virginia, USA; Tract N122, 300 Acres bounded N. by marked tree of James PriceW. on Ben Matthews line; S. by line of James Jones; E. towards Ockahanock path.
• Land Patent: 1661, West of Exmore, Northampton County, Virginia, USA; The patent from 10 Oct 1658 was reissued and 4 yrs later it had escheated, but two years after that it was reissued to Wm. Rodolpus Jr. and in 1682 he sold the 300 acres to Daniel Esam.
• Tax List: 1663, Accomack County, Virginia; Wm. Rodolphus, with 2 tithes
• Court Case: 16 December 1663, Accomack County, Virginia; Accuses Sam Banton of drinking & spoiling a "case of drames." Banton confessed and recieved 25 lashes to his naked shoulders. Peter Clavel confessed to being a confederate of Banton in drinking & spoiling a case of drink belonging to Wm. Rodolphus.
• Court 2: 16 December 1663; Clavell to receive 15 lashes upon his naked shoulders. Jenkin Morris confessed to being with Banton & Clavell, but only drinking part, and is ordered to execute the punishment on Banton & Clavell. Accomack Certs & Rights 1663-1709 P. 72
• Tax List: 1664, Accomack County, Virginia; Wm. Rodolphus, with 2 tithes
• Court Case: 18 January 1664, Accomack County, Virginia; It appeared to the court upon the balance of acct bet. John Turnor, plaint. & Wm. Rodolphus, defend. , that Rodolphus owed Turnor 338 lbs tobacco. Ordered that Rodolphus pay Turnor & court charges. Accomack Co, Court Order Abstracts 1663-1666, Vol 1 pg 66
• Absent: 16 December 1664, Accomack Co, VA; Ordered they be fined 20 lbs tobacco apiece. If anyone gave a reasonable account he would be referred to the Col. who could acquit him or return him to the sheriff. Muster was held 15 August 1664 (This is for military duty, concern would be Indians)
• Estate: 18 Sept 1666, Accomack County, Virginia; Aministration on the estate of William Rodolphus was granted to George Hamling as marring the widow of said William. Mark Lewis' Lewis Family Files, citing Acc Deeds & Wills, 1664-1671, p. 14.

Birth:
Bk. VA Eastern Shore (History of Northhamp/Accomack Co.) states William left no will but was succeeded by a son of the same name.

Died:
William died before 2 May 1665 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that deed of gift of live stock from Elizabeth Rodolphus, widow, to William and Elizabeth Rodolphus, shows that Elizabeth is less then 11 years old. George Hamlin consents to the gift.

William married Elizabeth in ca 1658 in Northampton County, Virginia, USA. Elizabeth was born in 1635. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
