    • Court: 7 Mar 1665, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Constable William Holmes successfully sued Thomas Little for £5 in damages for misleading Holmes into unjustly attaching the belongings of Nathaniel Winslow
    • Fined: 9 Jun 1665, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Fined £1 10s for not keeping secret the proceedings of the grand jury, of which he was a member

    • Land Case: 6 February 1666, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Mrs. Rachel Davenport and her arbitrator referred the case against Thomas Little to the determination of the court and the court replied 1 May 1666 that Little should pay Davenport £15
    • Land: 29 Oct 1668, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Court registered the claim of "Experience Michell, Henery Sampson, Rich'd Church & Tho Little" to a parcel of land at Namassakett Pond, & declared that "none shall interpose to deprive them of it until the court purchases it and settles it on them"

    Will - "my loving wife all my housing and all my land, upland and meadow on that said of the brook I now dwell" His name is on a monument at Old Winslow Cem in Marshfield as one of the early settlers of Green Harbor.

    Thomas married Ann Warren on 19 April 1633 in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Ann (daughter of Richard Warren and Elizabeth Walker) was born in 1612 in Hertfordshire, England; died on 19 Feb 1676 in Marshfield, Plymouth, Massachusetts. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
