    • My mother related this piece of information about his burial. His body was brought back several years after the war, possible later in the 1920's. The wake was held in parlor at home. The family wasn't sure the body was Roscoe's so they diverted the attention of the military escort so they could identify the remains, which they did by Roscoe's teeth. - Cheryl Duke
