Promise and oblige themselves to save the court harmless and indemnified from all trouble cost or damage that may happen to come grow or arise by reason of Orphans of Thomas Field late of this county deceased or any other person from by or under them or either of them claiming or to claim any estate left them by their father, of which William Glover was possessed as marrying the relict of John Davis, dec’d who was the guardian to said Field orphans.
