    • Only a guess based on the reasoning in 1810 he was in Montgomery Co. In 1820 the only Wm within range is in Campbell who is too young. Assuming he didnt leave Montgomery and he didn't get missed in 1820 census, he probably died between 1812-20.
    Notes
    • Willam Burruss and Elender his wife of Montgomery County and Douglas Irby and Hannah, his wife of Botetourt County sold 285 acres to James Chandler. Burruss or Irby, or their wifes got the property from Henry Candler, date unknown - From Campbell County Deed Book 8, page 636 Dated: 11/17/1809

I found this deed in the Tazewell County Deed books and am not sure where this William Burress fits in. There was a William Burress, father of Micajah Burress - but not aware that he ever spent any time in Tazewell. Is this Micajah's father??

    • ( NOT PROVEN TO BE MICAJAH'S MOTHER)

I don't know the marriage date, no proof this is Micajah's mother. And although there is a land record that proves a marriage between Wm and an Ellender in 1809 Montgomery, I don't know if this is my William (Although I'm pretty certain it is, they are also in the 1810 census)
