    • Land Sale: 18 August 1741, Wicomico River, Somerset County, Maryland; to be sold by said John and the value paid to Josiah Lewis, grandson of testatrix. He therefore conveys the aforesaid parcel of land, containing by estimation 45 acres, and now known as "Good Luck", to George Dashiell for a consideration of 22 pistoles.
