Wanda's father was on of Hazel's stepmother Lucy Cox's brothers. I don't know that Charles Cox is definitely Wanda's father, I choose him because he was closest in age to Hazel, but it could have been any of the Cox brothers.

Wanda married Vista "Junior" Lee Osborne on 08 Mar 1941 in Tazewell County, Virginia. Vista (son of Wesley E. "Vista" Osborne and Pansy Mae Dye) was born on 22 May 1923 in Virginia, United States; died on 28 Jun 1983 in Raven, Tazewell County, Virginia; was buried in Palmer Cemetery, Road Ridge, Raven, Tazewell County, Virginia. Notes:

    Draft Card:
The birth date and place of birth on this card are incorrect. My father tried to first get drafted so lied about his age. When they didn't draft him, he enlisted himself in the Navy at age 14. 9 months later when the navy found out he was under age, they discharged him.

    Enlistment:
Dad was on his own since he was 13. With no place to go he lied about his age and enlisted in the Navy at the age of 14. He made it 8 months before they found out his true age and discharged him. When he turned 18 he enlisted with the Marines.
