  May 4, 1930 Irby Combs, Statutory charge, one year and six months. August 14, 1930 Irby Combs, recently sent to Moundsville will accompany officers to Princeton. Combs has entered a plea for a writ of error October 28, 1930 Irby Combs, indicted for sodomy, pleaded guity and was given one year and a day in the penitentiary, credit being allowed for 8 months spent in jail. Combs was found guilty early this year and was sent to the penitentiary for 18 months. The verdict in his case was set aside and he was returned to this county. Last week his trial was continued to the January term on motion of the state attorneys.
